Name and group active work
- Find the session in the Code sidebar and open its Session actions menu.
- Choose Rename to give it a recognizable title, or use the adjacent Pin action to keep it handy.
- Use Mark Unread when you want a visible reminder to revisit a result.
- Use sidebar search and group controls to narrow or arrange the list. Grouping changes organization, not the task’s filesystem folder.
The Copy submenu can copy Conversation Name, Conversation ID, and Project Name when available. Copying an ID is useful for referring to a task; it does not export its content.
Archive and restore
Archive completed or inactive work through the session’s archive action. Use the sidebar’s archive filter to include archived sessions when looking for an older task. An archived session opens read-only. Restore it through the available restore action before trying to send another message.
Archive keeps history available for reading and, when eligible, previous-session references. It is distinct from deletion. The active session state can restrict whether an archive action is offered.
Delete only the intended item
Delete removes the selected session rather than merely hiding it. A deleted or purged source is unavailable to future references. Do not delete a source to troubleshoot a failed handoff. Removing an item from a group or removing a folder from the sidebar is a different organizational operation from deleting files on disk.
For a high-level view of recent and active work, open Command Center. For Chat projects and text exports, use Organize and export chats.
