Choose AI feature defaults
- Open Settings → Preferences.
- Select a model for Session naming, which generates titles for new Code and Chat sessions.
- Select a model for AI commit messages, used when Rudr generates commit text.
- Check that the chosen models have usable configured connections, then Save settings.
Review generated names and commit messages before depending on them. Generating a commit message is separate from committing or pushing the repository. These background features can use a different connection from the active coding harness.

Export cloud account data
Under Cloud account data, choose Export cloud account data and inspect the resulting local JSON file. Its described scope is synced profile and preferences; it excludes API keys, prompts, transcripts, and local files. It is not a backup of Code repositories or Chat history.
Use Chat export for an individual conversation and your normal file backup process for workspace content.
Delete the cloud account deliberately
Delete cloud account requires fresh SSO confirmation, followed by Permanently delete account. The interface describes deletion of synced profile, preferences, statistics, and issue reports while local data remains.
Read the confirmation and export anything you need before completing it. This is not provider CLI sign-out and does not cancel a provider subscription. Deletion behavior has been source-reviewed but was not exercised against an account for this documentation draft.
